Reference is made to the announcement by Duopharma Biotech Berhad (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Duopharma Biotech") on 9 July 2026 and all the announcements before that in relation to the above matter (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Previous Announcements"). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Previous Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

Duopharma Biotech wishes to inform that the High Court at the Case Management today has given the following directions:-

1. The Defendant (i.e., Duopharma Manufacturing (Bangi) Sdn. Bhd.) to file in re-amended list of witnesses and the witness statement of one of its witnesses; and

2. Parties to file in a global summary and any additional documents,

before the next Case Management on 11 August 2026.

The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
