The Board of Directors of Semico wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 July 2026 entered into a Joint Venture and Shareholders' Agreement with Chan Kean Seng and Kosmare Sdn. Bhd. to establish a joint venture for the purpose of operating a family entertainment outlet, comprising arcade, card and prize machines, merchandise retail and related activities at a shopping mall known as "Pavilion Bukit Jalil" under a brand to be licensed from a brand owner.
