Keyfield International Berhad wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Keyfield Resolute Sdn. Bhd. ("KRSB"), as first defendant, had on 27 July 2026 been served a Writ of Summons from solicitors acting for MVS Marine Services FZCO, a Dubai-based shipbroker, claiming against KRSB and other defendants, amongst others, for the reliefs in connection with the sale of the Keyfield Compassion, which KRSB had delivered to Petro Laut Sdn. Bhd., the buyer of the Keyfield Compassion, on 20 February 2026.
