RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO 73,583,720 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN OASIS HARVEST CORPORATION BERHAD ("OASIS" OR THE "COMPANY") ("OASIS SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") ("RIGHTS SHARE(S)") AT THE ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.10 PER RIGHTS SHARE, ON THE BASIS OF 1 RIGHTS SHARE FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING OASIS SHARES HELD, TOGETHER WITH UP TO 73,583,720 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS IN OASIS ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 1 RIGHTS SHARE SUBSCRIBED FOR ("RIGHTS ISSUE WITH WARRANTS")
Further to Ref. No ILC-30072026-00009, kindly be advised of the following :
1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Rights Issue" as from: 11 Aug 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 12 Aug 2026
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
a) Selling Broker to deduct 1/3, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
b) Buying Broker to deduct 10%, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of 1/3, of the Transacted Price is applicable.
Remarks :
The abridged prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and the Rights Subscription Form relating to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively referred to as the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Company's record of depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 12 August 2026 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Shareholders") at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide their Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers or Aldpro Corporate Services Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address by the Entitlement Date.
