The Board of Directors of PSP Energy wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PSP Lubricants (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("PSP Lubricants"), has been appointed as an authorised distributor of Sinopec Lubricant Co. Ltd ("Sinopec") for Perak and East Coast Malaysia (Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang).

PSP Lubricants will be responsible for the sale and distribution of Sinopec lubricant products across the designated territories, supporting customers in industrial, transportation, commercial and other key sectors.
