| Working experience and occupation | Ms. Lee Wee Leng began her career with Yeng & Co in 2004 as an Audit Associate before joining Deloitte & Touche in 2006, where she progressed to Audit Manager and gained extensive experience auditing private and public listed companies across various industries. In 2012, she joined Barry Callebaut Malaysia Sdn Bhd as Senior Accountant, followed by finance leadership roles within the Fraser & Neave (F&N) Group, overseeing financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and management accounting. In 2017, she joined the AEON Group, holding several senior finance positions, including General Manager (Accounting), Head of Business Services, and Head of Business Finance, where she led financial reporting, statutory compliance, and business performance analysis. In 2022, she was appointed Country Finance Head at Luxasia (M) Sdn Bhd before joining The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (M) Sdn Bhd in 2023 as Director of Finance, a position she currently holds. |
