| Working experience and occupation | Ms. Ch'ng Guat Chin was previously practising as a legal assistant with Messrs. May Chan Eiza & Co from 2008 to 2010. She was subsequently joined Messrs. Lio & Partners as a legal assistant until 2017. She is currently with Messrs. Wong & Loh as a partner and heads Simpang Ampat branch of the firm. Throughout the years, Ms. Ch'ng Guat Chin developed vast experience on laws of property developments and she is the partner in charge for projects developed by reputable developers such as ECO World Development Group Berhad, Paramount Property Development Sdn. Bhd., Tambun Indah Land Berhad, Huayang Berhad and Asas Dunia Berhad. She is an expert in development projects of residential and commercial properties and banking law for financing of construction of housing, commercial and industrial projects including facilities granted to individuals, corporations and foreigners. Her practice also covers initial public offering and corporate and commercial laws such as drafting corporate agreements such as joint ventures, share sales and shareholders agreement. |
