Remarks :

1. The proposed single tier final dividend of 2.0 sen per Ordinary Share for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 is subject to the shareholders' approval at the Thirty-Second Annual General Meeting of Asia File Corporation Bhd. to be held on 25 September 2026.

2. The single tier dividend is not taxable in the hands of the shareholders other than an individual pursuant to paragraph 12B of Schedule 6 of Income Tax Act 1967.
