Remarks :

The payment of the single-tier final dividend of 0.8 sen per ordinary share is subject to shareholders' approval at the 63rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled to be held on 22 September 2026. Please refer to the Notice of AGM of the Company dated 31 July 2026, which makes reference to the above-mentioned dates.
