Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX ("Board") is pleased to announce that ITMAX had on 30 July 2026 accepted the Letter of Acceptance dated 28 July 2026 ("LOA") awarded by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (hereinafter referred to as "DBKL") for the supply, installation and maintenance of smart street lighting system for a contract period of six years ("Contract Period"), for a contract sum of RM120,000,000.00 only. The commencement date of the Contract Period will be determined upon the issuance of the Work Order Letter by DBKL.
