We refer to the announcements made by Duopharma Biotech Berhad (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Duopharma Biotech") on 30 April 2024 ("Announcement No. 1"), 30 October 2024 ("Announcement No. 2"), 9 April 2025 ("Announcement No. 3") and 28 April 2025 ("Announcement No. 4") in relation to the contracts for the supply by Duopharma (M) Sendirian Berhad ("DMSB"), Duopharma Manufacturing (Bangi) Sdn. Bhd. ("DMfgB") and Duopharma HAPI Sdn. Bhd. ("DHAPI") (all wholly-owned subsidiary companies of Duopharma Biotech), through Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), of pharmaceutical and/or non-pharmaceutical products for the Ministry of Health Malaysia under the Approved Products Purchase List. For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in Announcement No. 1, Announcement No. 2, Announcement No. 3 and Announcement No. 4, unless otherwise defined herein. Under the aforesaid contracts, the respective Contract Periods would be expiring on 31 December 2026 or such other date as directed by the Government of Malaysia.

Duopharma Biotech wishes to announce that: -

(a) DMSB has received a Notice of Extension from the Customer notifying DMSB that the Contract Period of the Supply Agreement for the supply of the products listed in the said Notice of Extension has been extended from 1 January 2027 until 30 June 2027, or such other date as may be directed by the Government of Malaysia (whether earlier or later) ("Extended Contract Period");

(b) DMfgB has received a Notice of Extension from the Customer notifying DMfgB that the Contract Period of the Supply Agreement for the supply of the products listed in the said Notice of Extension has been extended by a similar Extended Contract Period i.e. from 1 January 2027 until 30 June 2027, or such other date as may be directed by the Government of Malaysia (whether earlier or later); and

(c) DHAPI has received a Notice of Extension from the Customer notifying DHAPI that the Contract Period of the Supply Agreement for the supply of the products listed in the said Notice of Extension has been extended by a similar Extended Contract Period i.e. from 1 January 2027 until 30 June 2027, or such other date as may be directed by the Government of Malaysia (whether earlier or later).

In comparison to the total number of 100 products in aggregate to be supplied under the Contract(s) referred to in Announcement No.1, Announcement No. 2, Announcement No. 3 and Announcement No. 4, the total number of products in aggregate agreed to be supplied during the aforesaid Extended Contract Periods is 97 products. In relation thereto, DMSB has not agreed to supply 1 product and DMfgB has not agreed to supply 2 products during the Extended Contract Periods.

DMSB, DMfgB and DHAPI have on 31 July 2026 executed their acceptance and agreement of their respective Notice of Extension.

The aforesaid Supply Agreements are in the ordinary course of business of the Company.
