The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SCIB Industrialised Building System Sdn. Bhd. ("SIBS"), had on 31 July 2026 accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") from Demi Cerah Construction Sdn. Bhd. ("DCCSB") to undertake the subcontract works for the project titled "Tawaran Semula bagi Cadangan Kerja-Kerja Menaiktaraf Penghawa Dingin di Bangunan Fakulti Kejuruteraan ("FKJ"), Fasa 1, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (Pakej 8)" ("Project") ("Sub-Contract Works").
