-Expiry of Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS")
The Board of Directors of ZECON wishes to announce that the Company's Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS"), which was implemented on 04 August 2021 for a duration of five (5) years, has duly expired on 03 August 2026 ("Expiry Date") in accordance with the By-Laws governing the ESOS.
Accordingly, with effect from the Expiry Date, the ESOS has ceased to be in force and no further options shall be granted under the scheme.
As at the Expiry Date, the details of options under the ESOS are as follows:
