We refer to our announcements dated 13 January 2025 and 14 October 2025 respectively.

The Company wishes to announce that the High Court has on 31 July 2026 delivered its decision in respect of the Company's application for leave to commence judicial review proceedings against 

the Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC") ("Leave Application") and the High Court has allowed the Leave Application.

The Judge has given further directions for both parties to file cause papers and fixed 16 October 2026 for decision of the substantive judicial review.
