On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.0800 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.

 

The aforementioned issue price represents a discount of RM0.0100 or 11.11% from the 5D-VWAMP of NICE from 27 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 of approximately RM0.0900 per Placement Share.
