Reference is made to the Company's First Announcement dated 31 July 2024 and subsequent monthly announcements made by the Company in relation to the classification of the Company as an affected listed issuer under Guidance Note 3. 

Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.

Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 August 2025, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 31 January 2026 to submit the Proposed Regularisation Plan and had on 6 April 2026 announced that Bursa Malaysia has granted further extension of time up to 31 July 2026. As at 16 July 2026, the Company had submitted its third extension of time application to Bursa Securities of 6 months up to  31 January 2027 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities ("Third EOT Application").

As at the date of this announcement, the Third EOT Application is pending Bursa Securities's decision. The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding the outcome of Third EOT Application accordingly.

The Company's appeal against the delisting, which was submitted on 7 July 2026 is currently pending Bursa Securities' decision.
