Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 9 April 2026 (Reference No. GA1-09042026-00040) in relation to the proposed acquisition of 50% equity interest in FP Project Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. ("FP Project") pursuant to the Share Sale Agreement dated 9 April 2026 ("SSA") ("the Acquisition"), by Eagle MCE Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., an indirect 51% owned subsidiary of the Company.

The Board of Directors of MCE wishes to announce that the Acquisition has been completed on 3 August 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA in respect of the Acquisition.

Following the completion of the Acquisition, FP Project is now an indirect 50% owned subsidiary of MCE. Mr. Lim See Chiang, the existing shareholder of FP Project, will continue to hold the remaining 50% equity interest in FP Project.

The directors of FP Project as at 3 August 2026 (date of completion) are Dr Goh Kar Chun, Ms. Goh Anne and Mr Lim See Chiang.
