1.         INTRODUCTION

Reference is made to the announcement dated 27 July 2026 ("Original Announcement") made by the Board of Directors of SNS Network Technology Berhad ("SNS" or "the Company") in relation to the Sales Agreement dated 26 July 2026 ("the Agreement") entered into between its wholly-owned subsidiary, SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd ("SNS Network" or "the Supplier"), and a private limited company incorporated in Singapore ("the Buyer"), for the supply, delivery and provision of high performance AI servers ("the Products") to the Buyer ("the Proposed Supply").

The Board wishes to provide the following additional information in relation to the Proposed Supply. Save as set out below, all other terms of the Proposed Supply remain as previously announced in the Original Announcement.

2.         ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON FINANCIAL EFFECTS

Further to Section 5.2 of the Original Announcement, the full quantity of Products is estimated to be ready for delivery approximately five (5) months following the Buyer's advance payment and the Supplier's subsequent purchase order placement with the Manufacturer. Accordingly, the Company expects revenue from the Proposed Supply to be recognized in the financial year ending 31 January 2027 ("FYE2027"), subject to the Manufacturer's production, allocation, logistics, and final delivery schedules, and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.

3.         DIRECTORS' STATEMENT

Save as disclosed above, the Board confirms that all other terms and information set out in the Original Announcement remain unchanged and are hereby reaffirmed.
