We refer to the announcements dated 9 June 2026, 12 June 2026, 29 June 2026, 6 July 2026, 22 July 2026 and 3 August 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 4 August 2026 ("Price Fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the second tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.2200 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0222 or 9.17% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the Shares up to and including 3 August 2026, being the last trading date immediately preceding the Price Fixing Date, of RM0.2422 per Share.
