The Board of Directors of KGB is pleased to announce that Ace Gases Technologies Private Limited. ("AGTI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, plans to construct a merchant Air Separation Unit ("ASU") plant in Maharashtra, India. The project represents a total investment of approximately RM120 million and is aimed at strengthening AGTI's industrial gas liquid production capacities to meet increasing demand in the region ("the Investment").
