Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad ("DHMB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that DHMB and its subsidiaries had, in the ordinary course of business entered into Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPTs") and that the aggregated percentage ratio for such RRPTs is at 1.2% for the period from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026.
