The Board of Directors of Destini is pleased to announce that Destini Oil Services Sdn. Bhd. ("DOS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Destini had, on 5 August 2026, accepted a letter of award from Searah (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Seara Energy Sdn. Bhd.) ("Searah (Malaysia)") for the contract in relation to the Provision of Tubular Running Services for Searah (Malaysia) (West Region) ("Contract").
