Extension of time to comply with paragraphs 15.02(1)(b), 15.08A(1), 15.09(1)(a), 15.09(1)(b), 15.09(1)(c) and 15.10  of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Main LR")

The Board of Directors of GIIB wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide its letter dated 4 August 2026, resolved to grant GIIB's the following:-

 

(a)      an extension of time from 6 May 2026 until 18 June 2026 to comply with paragraph 15.02(1)(b) of the Main LR;

 

(b)      an extension of time from 30 April 2026 until 18 June 2026 to comply with paragraphs 15.08A(1) and 15.09(1)(b) of the Main LR; and

 

(c)       an extension of time from 30 April 2026 until 14 August 2026 to comply with paragraphs 15.09(1)(a), 15.09(1)(c) and 15.10 of the Main LR.
