Reference is made to the announcement dated 6 August 2025 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Maoming Port Group Co., Ltd ("MPG"), Saliran and PCA Group Sdn. Bhd. ("PCA") to establish a basis of cooperation and collaboration in the oil and gas sector between MPG, Saliran and PCA.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the tenure of the MOU has expired. Accordingly, the MOU has lapsed on 6 August 2026.

The expiration of the MOU is not expected to have any material financial impact on Saliran.
