The Board of Directors of Oriental Kopi wishes to announce that Oriental Coffee International Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 6 August 2026, entered into a Territory Franchise Agreement with Coffee Time Ltd ("CTL") to grant CTL the exclusive franchise rights to develop and operate restaurant business under the trade name of Oriental Kopi within the agreed protected territory in the Republic of Mauritius.
