Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 26 June 2025 and 29 September 2025 ("Previous Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Previous Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that AKSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 6 August 2026, entered into a Deed of Cancellation and Termination of Novation with City Centre Columbarium Berhad and Empyrean Manor Sdn. Bhd. to cancel and terminate the Novation Agreement and revert back to the Contract entered on 26 June 2025.

The Parties have mutually agreed to release each other from all the obligations, observance and performance of all stipulations, covenants and terms of the Novation Agreement.
