Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 28 July 2026 in relation to the delay in the issuance of annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

The Board of Directors of LYC ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company is unable to release its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, which includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 ("Annual Report 2026"), to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the shareholders, pending the finalisation of the annual audited financial statements by the Company's External Auditors, Messrs SBY Partners PLT.

The Management of the Company has been working closely with the External Auditors throughout the audit process to expedite the completion and finalisation of the Annual Report 2026.

Notwithstanding the above, the Company expects to issue and submit its Annual Report 2026 within two (2) weeks from the date of this announcement.

For information, the trading in the securities of LYC will be suspended with effect from 10 August 2026 pending the issuance and submission of the Annual Report 2026.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on the progress of the above matter as and when there are any material developments.
