(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company's announcements dated 26 August 2025, 10 April 2026, 30 April 2026 and 23 July 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements").)

 

Reference is made to the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, the Joint Principal Advisers wish to announce that the SC had, via its letter dated 6 August 2026 (received on 7 August 2026), granted its approval for, among others, the following:

 

(a) the establishment and listing of IOIPG REIT on the Main Market of Bursa Securities under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 ("CMSA");

 

(b) the appointment of IRMSB as the management company of IOIPG REIT under Section 289(2) of the CMSA; and

 

(c) the application under the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies pursuant to the Proposed REIT Establishment and Proposed Listing.

 

The above approval is subject to terms and conditions, further details of which are set out in the attachment.
