We refer to the announcements dated 28 April 2026, 30 April 2026, 4 May 2026, 7 May 2026, 5 June 2026, 8 June 2026, 30 June 2026 and 2 July 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the High Court had on 6 August 2026 granted an order confirming the Company's share capital reduction and repayment in accordance with Section 116 of the Act ("High Court Order"). The share capital reduction and repayment will take effect upon the lodgement of an office copy of the High Court Order with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act. The entitlement date in respect of the share capital reduction and repayment shall be announced in due course. This announcement is dated 7 August 2026.
