The Company wishes to inform that the application for a stay of the Winding Up Order dated 28 May 2026 was heard today, 10 August 2026, before the Learned Judge, YA Puan Ku Hayati binti Ku Haron.

 

During the hearing, the Applicant's solicitor informed the learned Judge that the said Enclosure is for the Winding Up Order made against SGB to be stayed pending the filing and disposal of the intended application pursuant to s 493 of the Companies Act (PW745) and the said application was fixed for hearing tomorrow, 11 August 2026.

 

The learned Judge adjourned the hearing today and subsequently fixed 17 August 2026 for further case management (via e-review) to update the Court the status of the said section 493 application (PW745).
