The Board of Directors of Techna ("Board") wishes to announce that Techna-X had on 11 August 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Souqa Fintech Sdn. Bhd. ("Souqa Fintech") to establish a strategic collaboration for the provision, commercialisation, distribution and deployment of fintech payment technology and related payment solutions ("Proposed Collaboration").

Under the Proposed Collaboration, Souqa Fintech will provide payment technology, payment gateway infrastructure and related payment capabilities which may be offered by Techna-X on a white-label basis under the Techna-X brand and/or such other brands as may be mutually agreed.

The collaboration is intended to enable Techna-X to develop and commercialise its own payment technology proposition without unnecessarily duplicating the underlying payment infrastructure, connectivity and operational capabilities available through Souqa Fintech.

(Techna-X and Souqa Fintech shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".)
