Please be informed that the hearing today, 11 August 2026 is converted to a case management (CM) via e-review before the Senior Assistant Registrar (SAR).

 

During CM, the SAR asked parties whether they have any objection to the Further Affidavit filed by the Applicants on 5 August 2026 in Enclosure 46. Solicitors for the Supporting Creditor, i.e. KS Lim Home Design & Decoration Sdn Bhd have no objection to the said affidavit.

 

The Solicitors for the Opposing Creditors requested the Court to give direction that no further affidavits are to be filed and asked for the new hearing date to be fixed soonest possible.

 

Please be informed also there are two new parties attended the CM today, who had filed Notices of Appointment of Solicitors on 10 August 2026 ("Proposed Interveners"). The SAR directed the Proposed Interveners to regularise their intervention prior to the said CM on 17 August 2026.

 

The SAR fixed the above for CM before the learned Judge on 17 August 2026.
