The Board has approved the change in financial year end of the Company from 31 August 2026 to 31 January 2027 in order to avoid the audit peak period. The next Audited Financial Statements ("AFS") of the Company shall be made up from 1 September 2025 to 31 January 2027, covering a period of 17 months. The Company will apply for an extension of time to hold its next Annual General Meeting and to lodge the AFS accordingly. |
