The Board of Directors of DPS ("Board") wishes to announce that SSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPS, has on 12 August 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with BBSB to set out the principal understanding between the parties in relation to the proposed phased lease, development, deployment and/or use of data centre capacity of up to 89 megawatts ("MW"), with potential expansion up to an aggregate capacity of 400 MW, subject to the execution of definitive agreements ("Proposed Collaboration").
Under the Proposed Collaboration, SSB and BBSB intend to participate as strategic partners in the design, provision and utilisation of supporting of the data centre infrastructure to be developed by SSB in Malaysia, including supporting the identification and coordination of potential users, tenants or capacity requirements, subject to further discussion and the definitive agreements.
(SSB and BBSB are hereinafter individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".)
