Reference is made to the Company's Additional Listing Announcements dated 11 September 2025, 19 September 2025, 24 September 2025, 26 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 7 October 2025, 17 October 2025, 24 October 2025, 30 October 2025, 4 February 2026, 23 June 2026, 10 July 2026 and 20 July 2026 (collectively, the "ALAs").

The Board of Directors of BPHB wishes to inform that the Company has identified an error in the issued share capital stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) in all thirteen (13) ALAs in relation to the conversion of warrants into ordinary shares of the Company.

For avoidance of doubt, the error relates solely to the RM amount of the issued share capital disclosed in the respective ALAs. All other information contained in the ALAs, including the number of new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the conversion of warrants and the total number of issued ordinary shares following each conversion, were correctly stated and remains unchanged.

The details of the affected ALAs and the corresponding corrections are as follows:

Following the above corrections, as at the date of this announcement, the issued share capital of the Company is RM366,359,392.41 comprising 893,124,854 ordinary shares.

The error arose from an inadvertent computational error in determining the RM amount of the Company's issued share capital in the ALA dated 11 September 2025. The incorrect amount was subsequently carried forward in the computation of the issued share capital disclosed in the subsequent ALAs.
