Reference is made to the announcement made on 7 April 2025, 14 May 2025, 14 August 2025, 20 November 2025, 26 February 2026 and 13 May 2026 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Aemulus Corporation Sdn. Bhd. ("ACSB") and Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co., Ltd ("SEMCO") ("Announcements").

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the purpose and objectives of the MOU have been fulfilled. The strategic and long-term collaboration in the Silicon Capacitor functionality testing contemplated under the MOU has been established between the Parties, and the Parties' dealings have since progressed to a commercial supply relationship transacted by way of purchase orders issued by SEMCO from time to time. Accordingly, the MOU is deemed to have been completed.

The sale, delivery and support of the Test Equipment shall continue to be governed by the terms and conditions of the purchase orders issued by SEMCO from time to time and such other definitive agreements as may be entered into between the Parties.
