Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company's announcement dated 13 January 2026.

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 13 January 2026 in relation to the Acquisition.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SDB Subang Development Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201901026373 (1335702-V)] ("Purchaser"), and Hectare Square Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201701029639 (1243808-W)] ("Vendor") have mutually agreed to further extend the Extended Completion Period under the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") by an additional period of twelve (12) months, from 13 August 2026 to 12 August 2027, without any interest being imposed.

Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the SPA shall remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect.
