The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that PTT Development Sdn. Bhd. ("PTTD"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 12 August 2026 entered into five (5) separate Sale and Purchase Agreements ("SPAs") with Koperasi Kakitangan Bank Rakyat Berhad ("Sekatarakyat"), pursuant to which PTTD shall, in the ordinary course of its property development business, undertake the development and construction of five (5) industrial warehouses (individually the "Warehouse") on twenty (20) individual parcels of freehold land ("Development"), particulars of which are set out in the attachment, subject to the terms and conditions of the SPAs.
 

Upon completion of the Development, PTTD shall sell, and Sekatarakyat shall purchase, the respective Warehouse at a sale consideration of RM52.0 million per Warehouse unit.
