[Registration No. 199801012458 (468586-T)] ("EEM"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 12 August 2026 accepted a Letter of Award dated 11 August 2026 from Prasarana Malaysia Berhad [Registration No. 199801011092 (467220-U)] ("Prasarana") in relation to the proposed upgrading of existing lifts and escalators: Work Package 1 - Lifts and escalators at LRT Stations from Gombak to Kelana Jaya including Subang Depot of Kelana Jaya Line ("Award").
