On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sersol ("Board"), TA Securities Holdings Berhad ("TA Securities") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:

(i) proposed ratification on the diversification of the existing businesses of Sersol and its subsidiaries ("Sersol Group" or the "Group") to include the provision of moneylending services ("Moneylending Business") ("Proposed Ratification"); and

(ii) proposed diversification of the existing businesses of the Group to include the provision of enterprise information and communication technology ("ICT") solutions encompassing enterprise ICT software, hardware, services, telecommunications and networking (collectively, "Enterprise ICT Solutions") ("ICT Business") ("Proposed Diversification").
