Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 26 February 2026, 29 April 2026 and 3 August 2026.

 

The above application was fixed for hearing today, 13 August 2026, before Tan Sri Ahmad Terrirudin bin Mohd Salleh FCJ, Dato' Collin Lawrence Sequerah FCJ and Datuk Azimah binti Omar FCJ.

 

During the hearing, the counsel for the Applicants have requested that one of the above-mentioned Judge be recused from the panel on the basis that the Judge was involved in a related matter between the same parties which were heard last week.

 

Pursuant to above, the said hearing did not proceed and the Court has fixed a case management on 14 August 2026 for parties to fix a new date for the hearing.
