The Board of Directors of Ecobuilt ("Board") wishes to announce that it had on 13 August 2026, entered into a conditional share sale agreement ("SSA") with Abdul Harun Bin Mad Talip ("Purchaser") for the proposed disposal of the Company's entire equity interest in Eko Bina Sdn. Bhd. ("Eko Bina") for a total cash consideration of RM1.00 to be wholly satisfied in cash, on the terms and conditions contained in the SSA ("Proposed Disposal").
