The Board of Directors of Magna ("Board") wishes to announce that Permata Juang (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("PJSB" or "Rehabilitation Developer"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Magna, had on 13 August 2026 entered into a Rehabilitation Agreement ("RA" or "Agreement") with Damai City Sdn. Bhd. (in liquidation and receivers and managers appointed) ("DCSB" or "Transferor") and Delta 8 Sdn. Bhd. ("DSB" or "SPV") for the proposed restructuring and rehabilitation of the mixed-use development known as "8 Conlay" ("Development") situated on a piece of freehold land measuring approximately 3.65 acres held under Geran 75884, Lot No. 20000, Seksyen 63, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur ("Land") ("Proposed Restructuring and Rehabilitation").
