Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Company's announcements dated 11 March 2025, 7 April 2025, 18 August 2025, 27 August 2025, 29 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 27 October 2025, 28 October 2025, 8 December 2025, 28 January 2026, 30 January 2026, 9 February 2026, 10 February 2026, 3 August 2026 and 13 August 2026 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.

 

On behalf of the Board of NICE, M & A Securities wishes to announce that the extended timeframe granted by Bursa Securities on 10 February 2026 for the implementation of the Private Placement will expire on 16 August 2026 ("EOT Approval").

 

The Company had completed the listing of 142,500,000 Placement Shares and 119,500,000 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 10 February 2026 and 14 August 2026, respectively.

 

As the Company does not intend to issue any further Placement Shares pursuant to the Private Placement, the Private Placement will be deemed completed upon the expiry of the EOT Approval on 16 August 2026.
