We refer to the announcements dated 19 March 2026, 28 April 2026, 20 May 2026, 9 June 2026 and 30 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed Share Capital Reduction ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the Court Order confirming the Proposed Share Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 14 August 2026. Pursuant thereto, the Proposed Share Capital Reduction shall take effect and be deemed completed on 14 August 2026.

Following the completion of the Proposed Share Capital Reduction, the issued share capital of the Company is reduced to RM282,286,743.36 comprising 2,227,909,141 Perdana Shares and 14,191,007 RCPS.
