Pursuant to 9.19 (19A) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Eko Bina Sdn Bhd ("Eko Bina"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 14.8.2026 voluntarily filed an application to the High Court Malaya at Kuala Lumpur for a Judicial Management Order ("JMO") pursuant to Section 404 and 405 of the Companies Act 2016 ("Act") (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
