We wish to announce that CMSB-C77 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 17 August 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of CMSB-C77 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of CMSB-C77 x (RM1.0150 - RM1.7000) x (1/2)
= Number of CMSB-C77 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.0150 was determined based on the average closing price of the CMSB Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised CMSB-C77 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to CMSB-C77 shall terminate absolutely.
