Reference is made to the material litigation disclosed in the quarterly report of Oasis Harvest Corporation Berhad ("Oasis" or the "Company") for the period ended 31 March 2026 and the abridged prospectus dated 12 August 2026 in relation to the rights issue with warrants. The Board of Directors of Oasis wishes to provide further updates in relation to the material litigation as follows:-

The Company had on 11 August 2026 filed a Notice of Motion for Stay ("Stay") in the Court of Appeal to stay the High Court Order 1. The hearing for the Stay has been fixed on 27 August 2026.

The Company had on 12 August 2026 filed an originating summons in the High Court for a Fortuna Injunction ("Injunction Application") to estop or restrain the Plaintiff from filing or presenting a company winding-up petition against the Company.

The Company had on 13 August 2026 filed certificates of urgency for the Stay and Injunction Application. The hearing for the Injunction Application has been held on 17 August 2026. On the hearing, the Company pleaded for the High Court to grant an ad interim injunction to temporary estop or restrain the Plaintiff from filing or presenting a company winding-up petition against the Company pending the High Court's decision on whether to grant a Fortuna Injunction to the Company. At the said hearing, the Plaintiff's counsel gave an undertaking not to wound up the Company before 27 August 2026, i.e. date of hearing of the Stay. In light of the said undertaking, the Court held that there is no such necessity for an ad interim order as prayed for at the moment.

The Injunction Application was heard today (17 August 2026) and the High Court has ordered the following:-

(a) In respect of application for the Fortuna Injunction:-

i. The Plaintiff to file Affidavit in Opposition on or before 28 August 2026;

ii. The Company to file Affidavit in Reply on or before 11 September 2026; and

iii. Hearing fixed on 29 September 2026.

(b) In respect of the ad interim injunction:-

i. Mention is fixed on 28 August 2026 for parties to update the High Court on the proceedings before the Court of Appeal and for further directions, if any.

ii. In any event, parties are to file submissions in respect of the ad interim injunction before the mention on 28 August 2026.
