Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 18 August 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcement.

 

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the applications in relation to the Proposed Share Consolidation and Proposed Rights Issue have been submitted to Bursa Securities today.

 

In addition, the application to seek SC's clearance on the draft circular (relating to information on the Proposed Exemption) has also been submitted to the SC today.
