We refer to the announcements dated 24 December 2025, 29 December 2025 and 20 February 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the following applications had been submitted to the relevant authorities on 19 August 2026:

 

(i) Bursa Securities for the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing and the Proposed Listing;

 

(ii) Equity Compliance Unit of the SC for the resultant equity structure of the Company pursuant to the Proposed Listing; and

 

(iii) Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry for the Shares to be allocated to Bumiputera investors in relation to the Proposed Public Issue.
